At Sincerity Baked Goods, every dessert begins with a story — one shaped by 17 years in the foodservice industry and a lifelong love for honest, handmade baking. What started in June 2021 as a simple passion project has grown into a small-batch bakery rooted in craft, tradition, and the belief that great food should feel like home. From kitchens to pastry counters to management and sales, every role I’ve held has taught me something valuable about flavor, technique, and the art of sharing good food with good people.
